Purpose of data

Personal data is collected by Cold Care Group for a number of purposes. These are explained below.

01. Contacting

Your data will be collected if you contact Cold Care Group via the website. However, this form only asks for the data necessary to offer a proposal or service, such as you name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and product description.

02. Analytics

Cold Care Group's e-mail is hosted by Altios. If you contact us via the forms or via email, those relevant emails are stored on Altios' servers.

02. Dunique

The website and backups of the website are hosted at Dunique. Data you leave on the Cold Care Group website is stored on Dunique's servers.

Security

No physical copies will be made of your personal data. You data are only managed in the aforementioned systems and software.

The personal data managed by Cold Care Group or by the aforementioned third parties can only be accessed via the above-mentioned software and are secured with a password and, where possible, with two-step verification.

With this two-step verification, a code is generated from the software and sent to Cold Care Group. This code should be used during the login process.
